AERIAL YOGA

New for Summer - Air Yoga in the Forest every Friday at 5pm and every Saturday at 10am until the end of August. Private classes can also be booked subject to availability in English and French.


Aerial yoga or Anti-gravity yoga is a sporty, fun and very original activity. You do classic yoga but suspended from a silk hammock. You have to learn to let go and let yourself be carried by the fabric in all confidence. The postures are performed gently, bringing focus as you move your body above the ground - you will feel much freer to perform the postures with your hammock support. This practice is accessible to all, it is not necessary to have already practiced classical yoga to start aerial yoga.
Various benefits of this practice include flexibility, muscle strengthening, decompression of the spine with inversions, release of all accumulated tensions and the feeling of freedom, letting go, increasing self-confidence, all with the added element of being outside in nature.
