The Philippe Roux Challenge is a popular race open to everyone, that takes place every Saturday from the end of December on the Savoleyres slalom stadium.
11:30 – 12:30: Collection of race number at the top of Savoleyres
13:15: Start of the race
17:00: Results at the Place Centrale
The first Challenge of the season will take place on Saturday 19th of December 2019.
Group racing lessons for adults, every Saturday morning (9am to 12pm) during the period of the Philippe Roux challenge.
Price: CHF 85.- per person, registration to the challenge included.
Minimum level required: red league 2

For the eighth edition of FIS World Snow Day in Verbier, Téléverbier and the Swiss Ski School of Verbier concocted an unforgettable program for the young novice skiers (child from 4 to 14 years old).
Meeting at 10:00 am to Médran (Verbier) for a coverage of the participants by the Swiss School of ski of Verbier. We shall join then the beginners zone of the Esserts where three hours of classes will be providing to you by professional. Ski passes, material the courts and the picnic will be offered. Come in large numbers to introduce you to the pleasures of snow sports in the magnificent environment of Verbier.

The activities are provided by professionals- mountain guides and ski instructors – and accompanied by Verbier ambassadors.
From beginner level, to the more advanced, to professional... Everyone who takes part in freeride and ski.touring is concerned, from 12 years old.
Meeting point : Médran place. Information stands with presentation of material, skis, snowboards, avalanche equipment (transceiver, probe, shovel), White Risk workshop, Swiss Mountain Training certifications…
